My travels and outdoor experiences have helped to foster my interest in food sourcing and production. More importantly, I noticed a distinct change in how I felt when I sourced my food locally. My energy level, sleep, ability to focus and digestive function all had noticeable improvements. I began attending conferences and researching sustainable gardening practices. During that time, I found the opportunity to purchase my own land, and began to create a community driven biodiverse sustainable market garden. Through this, Casperville Creations was born. Caspervillle Creations is now registered with the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food, The United States Department of Agriculture and is a member of Utah’s Own and Red Acre Center.
