Recycle Utah invites you to celebrate our local food, farms, and economy by joining us at our 8th Annual 100 Mile Meal. We will be getting back to our roots on a beautiful private ranch in Oakley with live music, local wine and beer, and a five-course dinner menu featuring ingredients sourced from farms within a 100-mile radius of Recycle Utah. The 100 Mile Meal is a banquet celebrating the Summit County community with a spotlight on local food and mid-summer country charm.

By eating from within the Utah foodshed, you are reducing the number of food miles you consume, benefiting our local economy, and supporting smaller, more sustainable agriculture.
